Store agent
Every location opens and closes to the same standard, whoever is on shift.
The Store agent runs opening and closing for every shift: role checklists with photos, temperatures, maintenance and the daily report. Over WhatsApp or Telegram.
What happens today
The routine lives on paper or in a WhatsApp group. Someone walks the location, checks, takes photos and reports. And nothing usable is left behind: nobody knows if it was done, at what time, by whom, or can look at the photo three days later. The result depends on who is on shift.
What the agent does
- 1
Starts
At the location's opening time it creates the shift checklist and sends it to whoever is on shift, per the schedule. Nobody has to remember.
- 2
Requests
Every item is answered from the phone, with a photo wherever the standard requires one. No app, no account: a link.
- 3
Reads
Walk-in temperatures, counts and readings are stored as data, not as loose photos.
- 4
Detects
If a critical item fails or a temperature is out of range, an immediate alarm to the right person.
- 5
Escalates
If someone doesn't close on time, a reminder and an escalation to the location manager.
- 6
Follows up
Pending maintenance or a failing asset becomes a work order, with an owner and follow-up until it closes.
- 7
Reports
The daily report reaches the location manager and management with compliance and open observations.

What the owner sees
Compliance by location and by shift, open observations, the week's trend. Every location on one screen, without asking anyone for the report.
Where it's going
Every team member joins on their own, with a link that lands in their chat. The report is delivered to the location's group the moment the shift closes. And a weekly summary per person: what stayed open, what ran late, who closes best.
What it connects to
WhatsApp and Telegram. The location's shift schedule. The control tower.
